An exercise program should be prescribed by your vet or certified rehab professional. Some simple things you can do at home:

Standing Weight Shift

Support your dog in a standing position. Make sure he/she is standing square and his/her paw pads are on the floor. Gently shift his/her weight side to side

Cookie turns

With you dog lying down use treat to lure his/her nose toward his tail. Perform 5x to each side

Sit to Stands with assistance

Place your dog in a square sitting position and ask them to stand as you assist them up. You can also do a partial sit to stand by having them sit in a paper towel roll, pillow, a step or your lap, depending on the size of the dog
